WOOF Barrio 2025: La Guerra por Amor

Barrio is WOOF’s annual cultural showcase. It involves a live performance of acting, dancing, and singing to teach the audience about various aspects of Filipino culture. This year’s plot is set during the final days of the Spanish colonial rule in the Philippines, as it explores the love story of Malaya, a lively Filipino girl, and Andres, a determined Spanish boy. Andres embarks on a journey to understand Filipino culture while striving to earn the trust of Malaya’s family amidst cultural tensions.
