Join us for a private SHEA x SPINCO ride on Monday, October 5th at 7:40 PM! Come move, sweat, and spend the evening with fellow SHEA members during a high-energy spin class with a playlist curated for our group.

🕢 Please arrive by 7:30 PM at the latest as late arrivals cannot be admitted once the ride begins.
No spin experience is necessary! Come dressed in comfortable, fitted workout clothes and bring a reusable water bottle. Changerooms, showers, and other amenities are available on-site.
After the ride, stick around and mingle with us in the SPINCO lobby until 9:00 PM!
Important: All participants will need their own SPINCO account to check in. Please create an account through the SPINCO app or website before the event. We can’t wait to ride with you!
