Faculty-Wide Hockey Face-Off Tournament – FHS Player Payment

As discussed in the terms and conditions of being a part of the Faculty of Health Sciences Hockey Team, each player is asked to pay $30 which will be used towards jersey payments and ice time rentals for practices and games. Please have this done before February 10th.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
