WOOF Roll Night 2023

WOOF’s Internal Department will be hosting a roll night where we will teach you how to prepare and cook some delicious Filipino recipes. We will be making staple foods that cannot go missing in any Filipino events, lumpia & turon. Lumpia are fried spring rolls that feature a thin pastry skin and stuffed with a mixture of ground pork and mixed vegetables. Turon is a filipino snack made of thinly sliced bananas, rolled in a spring roll wrapper and fried until it’s crisp.
