Sending Sunshine Western

Sending Sunshine Western, affiliated with the charity Sending Sunshine, is committed to brightening the lives of seniors by addressing social isolation and loneliness through heartfelt connections with Western students. Our club creates and distributes personalized cards, spreading joy, companionship, and encouragement to seniors who may feel alone. By organizing creative card-making events and meaningful volunteer activities, we foster a supportive community that benefits both seniors and students. Our efforts raise awareness about senior isolation, promote social inclusion, and enhance mental well-being for all participants.
