The Canadian University Chess Championship (CUCC for short) is a national event for university students to compete in chess for fun and for camaraderie. In 2024, the event is being held in Kingston, with Queen’s University hosting. The Western Chess and Go Club has been allowed 3 teams of 4 players each (12 players in total) to attend the tournament. The duration of this event starts with a bus from London on January 26th, and then returning on January 29th.
