The Assyrian Club at Western is dedicated to bringing together new and active Assyrian students while warmly welcoming individuals from all ethnicities and cultures to explore the rich and extensive history of the Assyrian people. Our mission is to celebrate and preserve the heritage of this ancient civilization while showcasing the enduring impact of our community on the world stage. The Assyrians were one of the earliest civilizations, last year, we celebrated 6774 years of Assyrian heritage. Renowned for our rich history, we were among the first groups to embrace Christianity. Today, the Assyrian diaspora spans the globe, with vibrant communities in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Through this club, we aim to foster a sense of unity, pride, and cultural awareness, proving that even a small yet resilient community can make a lasting difference.
